Beyond Bishop’s Stortford
A great rail network, some of the best schools around, town and country, an international airport on your doorstep, there are many reasons why Bishop’s Stortford is a great place to live. However, by considering the surrounding area you can benefit from town and country too.
When you reach the town limits, the surroundings turn to country very rapidly. A rural idyll with a network of picture postcard villages and hamlets, some of which find themselves appearing frequently in the ‘best kept’ listing. Stansted Express serves Cambridge as well as Liverpool Street, but if you prefer a more leisurely pace there are excellent bridle ways and good cycle routes.
Whether your destination is the science parks in Cambridge, Imperial War Museum Duxford, Audley End House, Lea Valley, Hatfield forest or the river Stort, you won’t find a better property market anywhere. It’s one of the many reasons we chose to work and live here ourselves.
